Job summary

Sourcefit is seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist responsible for managing the full-cycle accounts payable process. This role ensures timely processing of invoices and compliance with company policies while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

With a focus on financial accuracy and internal controls, the ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable.

The position is onsite in Bridgetowne or Cebu and follows selected Philippine holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process.
• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices.
• Ensure compliance with internal documentation and approval requirements.
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoice statuses and discrepancies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and assist with month-end close.
