Job summary

Dragon Edge Group is seeking an Accounting Payable Associate to join our Finance team in Manila. The role focuses on timely, accurate processing of payables, maintaining vendor records, and supporting reconciliation of AP transactions.

You will handle vendor payments, maintain documents, and produce AP aging reports while collaborating with Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, and Operations. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in AP or general accounting and proficiency with NetSuite and spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Organized, accountable, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• A strong sense of ownership and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor payments, check vouchers, telegraphic transfers, and other AP transactions accurately and within required timelines.
• Maintain updated vendor records and ensure completeness of supporting documents.
• Prepare AP aging reports and reconcile vendor balances.
• Monitor and resolve floating items, supplier advances, and other AP variances.
• Record and monitor transactions using NetSuite/ERP systems.
• Maintain organized digital and physical AP records for audit and reference.
• Support compliance with AP procedures, VAT/EWT requirements, and company policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams such as Finance, Procurement, Warehouse, and Operations.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve routine AP concerns promptly.
