Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar accounting role.
• Proficient in accounting software such as Xero or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to handle a high volume of transactions and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and accurately record invoices in the accounting system.
• Ensure invoices have complete documentation and proper approvals before processing.
• Prepare and process vendor payments through bank transfers and checks.
• Maintain accurate and updated vendor records and files.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment concerns.
• Perform monthly Accounts Payable reconciliations and review vendor statements.
• Review and process employee expense reports in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure all AP transactions comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare and maintain Accounts Payable reports and supporting schedules.
• Coordinate with Accounting and other departments to ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions.
• Assist with audits and other finance-related requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and implement efficient procedures.
• Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by Management.
