Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of accounts payable/PO management or related finance experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Solid understanding of accounting processes, PO procedures, and vendor management.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and in a team under deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• PO Filing & Management: maintain POs for audits and reference.
• Payment Scheduling: arrange payments via bank transfer, checks, or other methods.
• Reconciliation & Record Keeping: perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Vendor Communication: liaise on invoice clarifications and payment status.
• Compliance & Internal Controls: ensure adherence to policies and controls.
• Reporting: generate payable reports and aging analyses.
• Expense Tracking & Cost Control: track expenses and identify savings opportunities.
