Job summary

Alpha Cloud Commercial, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an Accounting Associate to accurately record financial transactions in the company’s accounting system. You will encode supplier bills, customer payments, and other disbursements to keep books up to date.

The role supports the accounting team with data entry, reconciliation of discrepancies, and basic clerical tasks, requiring attention to detail, strong organization, and knowledge of basic accounting principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Encode supplier bills, invoices, and expense records into the accounting system.
• Record customer payments and apply to accounts receivable.
• Process and encode supplier payments and other disbursements.
• Maintain accurate data entry of financial transactions.
• Assist in reconciling discrepancies in accounts as needed.
• Support the accounting team with basic clerical and administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard accounting procedures.
