Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a tire and wheel trading company. You will manage 4-8 AP analysts, own day-to-day AP, and ensure accurate payments while coordinating with US teams from 6:00 AM Manila time. Expect active coaching, cross-training, and strict controls to prevent fraud.

You’ll push for faster closes, maintain reconciliations to GL, and drive continuous improvement with Procurement and Logistics to fix upstream issues impacting payables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or similar.
• 7+ years in Accounts Payable supporting US operations, with 3+ years leading a team of 4+.

Responsibilities

• Match vendor bills to POs and receipts; resolve variances and ensure import costs land in inventory valuation.
• Own AP-to-GL reconciliation and month-end close deliverables.
