Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting / Finance or 1-3 years of equivalent clerical experience.
• Knowledgeable in recording and reconciling accounting transactions.
• Proficient in QuickBooks or other accounting software.
• Familiar with BIR requirements, including the preparation and recording of Creditable Withholding Tax (BIR 2307).
• Knowledgeable in the preparation of Accounts Payable Vouchers, Check Vouchers, Request for Check Payment (RCP), Statements of Account, and other accounting documents.
• With experience in processing checks, electronic fund transfers, and other payment disbursements.
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.
• Able to work independently and handle confidential financial information with professionalism and integrity.
