Job summary

Asia Brewery Incorporated is seeking an attentive accounting professional to review and audit expenses—operating and promotional—submitted by sales offices, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.

You will maintain updated records of payables to Marketing Companies, account billable expenses to Principals, and verify Official Receipts, Sales Invoices, PSERs, and vouchers; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or any business related course.
• With at least one year of work related experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Receives, checks and audits and validates all expenses (operating and promotional – cash and noncash) submitted by sales offices for completeness, accuracy and compliance with company’s policies, procedures and regulations.
• Ensures updated records of Marketing Companies’ payables that all documents are properly kept and systematically filed.
• Account all billable expenses to Principals.
• Checks and validates submitted Official Receipts, Sales Invoices, PSERs, Job Order, Petty Cash Vouchers, Paying Vouchers, EWT and VAT computation with the authorized signatories.
• Prepares and submits YAGO operating expenses (for revolving fund), summary of extracted cash expenses from SOAS, and summary of rejected expenses to Supervisor for consolidation
• Account all expenses attributable to principals. Ensures all expenses were accounted and billed to principals.
