FMC Corporation in Taguig, Philippines, seeks an Invoice Processor to manage high-volume AP tasks. You will review invoices, validate PO accuracy, and resolve exceptions using SAP and OpenText within strict SLAs.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in accounting/finance and 2–3 years of shared services experience, with strong Excel skills and English proficiency. Evening shifts will support EMEA/APAC regions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of invoice processing experience in a shared services environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP systems and OpenText or similar tools.
• Advanced Word and Excel skills; English proficiency required.
• Ability to work late shift (12PM–9PM) to support EMEA/APAC.

Responsabilidades

• Review incoming invoices and perform indexing.
• Validate PO requirements and 2-way/3-way match accuracy.
• Conduct analysis via email or SAP workflow for invoices with exceptions.
• Ensure invoices are processed within SLA timelines.
• Quality review of processed invoices per the AP QC framework.
• Respond to queries in the invoice processing mailbox within 48-hour SLAs.
• Support change management and process/system transformation initiatives.
• Assist with AP-related ad hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.
• Ensure compliance with FMC accounting policies and KPIs.
• Assist in timely reporting of key financial information.
