Job summary

FMC Corporation, based in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking an AP Accountant to manage high-volume vendor invoices, ensure accurate data capture, and validate PO requirements in a fast-paced shared services environment.

You will work 12PM–9PM to support EMEA and APAC regions, perform quality reviews, respond to inquiries within 48 hours, and contribute to continuous improvement of accounting processes while upholding FMC policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of invoice processing experience in a shared services environment.
• Hands-on SAP experience.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience with OpenText is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review incoming invoices and perform indexing with required fields captured.
• Validate PO requirements (2-way, 3-way match) for accuracy.
• Analyze and trace via email or SAP workflow for exceptions.
• Ensure invoices are processed within SLA timelines.
• Perform quality review of processed invoices per the AP QC Framework.
• Respond to queries within 48-hour SLAs.
• Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with AP-related ad hoc tasks as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with FMC accounting policies and processes.
• Support timely reporting of key financial information and KPIs.
