Job summary

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. is seeking an Accountant to perform basic accounting tasks and accounts payable processes. You will reconcile multiple bank and general ledger accounts, analyze data, and prepare dashboard reports.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field, strong Excel and ERP experience, and the ability to work in a hybrid setup with attention to detail and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles, accounts payable processes, bank reconciliation, and general ledger activities.
• Experience in account reconciliation, analysis of balance sheet accounts, and investigating discrepancies.
• Familiarity with accounting systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports and dashboards.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions and records.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Able to prepare and review journal entries and perform basic accounting analysis.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup and participate in ad hoc analyses and special accounting projects.

Responsibilities

• Works with multiple integrated, linked accounting systems to reconcile multiple bank and general ledger accounts.
• Reconciles accounts to the general ledger of minimal complexity
• Researches any discrepancies
• Assists in analysis of data and preparation of organizational dashboard reports
• Performs account analysis of selected balance sheet and bank statement accounts
• Resolves basic problems arising from reconciliation and analysis of accounts
• Makes recommendations and prepares journal entries when necessary
• Performs adhoc analysis and participates in special projects as assigned
