Job summary

Blue Star Entertainment Inc. is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive client outreach, presentations, and proposals in the Philippines.

You will coordinate with Creative, Operations, and Management teams to onboard clients and hand over projects. You will identify upsell opportunities, maintain accurate records, and report on pipelines, forecasts, and revenue to management as you help achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client outreach, presentations, meetings, and sales pitches.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and company service packages.
• Follow up with leads, prospects, and potential clients.
• Negotiate and close new business deals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate company services and solutions.
• Coordinate with Creative, Operations, and Management teams for smooth client onboarding and project handover.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, repeat projects, and recurring business.
• Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns to support client retention.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, proposals, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts to management.
