Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Marketing Operations & Campaign Manager to drive the execution layer of our marketing function. You will shepherd campaigns from brief through production to launch, oversee internal branding and CRM programmes, and maintain budget records.

You will coordinate across departments to meet requirements, manage timelines, and track performance across channels, with a focus on clear communication and disciplined record-keeping.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in agency account management, project management, or equivalent in-house marketing role.
• Proven management of concurrent projects against fixed deadlines.
• Working knowledge of CRM or email marketing platforms.
• Competence with budgets, supplier documentation and internal procurement processes.
• Clear written communication and disciplined record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Manages campaigns end to end: timelines, dependencies, approvals, asset delivery and launch readiness.
• Maintains production schedules against established lead times and escalates risk to delivery early.
• Convenes status meetings, records decisions and actions, and tracks them to completion.
• Monitors and records competitor activity across channels, and maintains it as a usable reference for planning.
• Plans and implements internal branding and employee communication campaigns.
• Executes CRM campaigns across build, segmentation, scheduling, deployment and reporting.
• Maintains budget records covering commitment, utilization, balance and variance.
• Works with other departments to process marketing requirements: resourcing, purchase requests, invoices, payments and approvals - and carries them to completion.
