Job summary

SM Engineering Design and Development Corp. in Metro Manila is seeking an Accountant to support project billing by running the GR Actual Project Line Item Cost from SAP, which forms the basis for billing schedules.

You will prepare Statements of Account for various divisions, monitor collections, enter AR data, coordinate with paying companies, reconcile GR with RFP, and assist in drafting contract documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 1–3 years or more of experience in the same field is preferred.
• Basic knowledge in SAP and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Run GR Actual Project Line Item Cost from SAP to base project billing schedules.
• Prepare Statement of Account (EDD Supervision Fee and Transportation Reimbursements) for malls, retail affiliates, food group, and SM Stores.
• Monitor collections and unpaid receivables.
• Enter accounts receivable into the system.
• Coordinate with paying companies.
• Reconcile GR with RFP.
• Draft contract documents for clients.
