• Ensure proper transfer of ownership over motor vehicles under expired and fully paid lease accounts.
• Perform cashiering functions for LOFLC and related interests.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the documentation of approved credit line facilities.
• Responsible for ensuring the completeness of documentary requirements prior to booking an account.
• Coordinates with Account Officers/Branch Head, dealers, clients, insurance companies and other government agencies for booking related requirements.
• Responsible for overseeing the proper and efficient implementation of the registration and annotation of mortgages for all units under loan transactions with the appropriate government agencies.
• Responsible for ensuring the proper transfer of ownership over motor vehicles covered by expired and fully paid lease accounts.
• Handles the Mortgage registration and annotation of all units under loan transactions with RD, LTO and other government agencies.
• Performs cashiering functions for LOFLC and related interests.
• Performs all other related functions from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree of any field.
• Preferably with experience in a Leasing/Banking institution.
