Acquire is seeking a Team Manager - Accounting in Pasig City to lead the accounting team, review trial balances, and ensure compliant, timely closes. The role focuses on controlling processes, guiding staff, and coordinating with departments to meet campaign needs.

Qualifications

• D365 experience preferred.
• Process migration or transition experience desired.
• Strong general accounting knowledge and controls.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and review trial balances and management reporting outputs for accuracy.
• Manage daily operations of the accounting team to ensure timely close.
• Provide guidance and direction to team members for accurate month-end closing.
• Lead implementation and monitoring of accounting controls and standards for compliance.
• Oversee audit processes and provide audit workpapers as required.
• Ensure timely tax and compliance activities and deadline adherence.
• Develop, drive and report on team KPIs and performance.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet campaign needs.
