Job summary

The N-PAX Group is seeking an Accounting System Consultant to serve as a project implementor and development advisor for MCFrame GA, ensuring compliant and well-designed accounting systems.

You will analyze client processes, assess ERP configurations, lead deployments, and provide training and post-implementation support, while maintaining focus on financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Management Accounting, or related field.
• CPA license is an advantage but not required.
• At least 1 year experience using any accounting system or ERP (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and business processes.
• Knowledge of BIR-CAS compliance is an advantage.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate client accounting processes and workflows to design optimal system configurations.
• Assess accounting software against ideal data flow, internal controls, and reporting standards.
• Ensure system compliance with BIR-CAS requirements.
• Lead and execute system implementation, configuration, and deployment in client environments.
• Collaborate with the development team by providing technical accounting guidance for system enhancements and customizations.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and user acceptance support.
• Provide post-implementation support and assist in resolving client issues.
• Consolidate, monitor, and report customer support concerns and resolutions on a monthly basis.
• Prepare documentation, user guides, and training materials as needed.
• Perform other related tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate client accounting processes and workflows to design optimal system configurations

• Assess accounting software against ideal accounting data flow, internal controls, and reporting standards

• Ensure system compliance with BIR-CAS (Bureau of Internal Revenue - Computerized Accounting System) requirements

• Lead and execute system implementation, configuration, and deployment in client environments

• Collaborate with the development team by providing technical accounting guidance for system enhancements and customizations

• Conduct system testing, validation, and user acceptance support

• Provide post-implementation support and assist in resolving client issues

• Consolidate, monitor, and report customer support concerns and resolutions on a monthly basis
