About the Role

We are looking for a tech-minded to join our team as a Business Applications Consultant. In this role, you will help clients modernize their financial operations by aligning accounting workflows with software solutions. If you enjoy problem-solving, technology, and guiding teams through financial process improvements, this position is a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

• System Implementation: Help clients set up and configure business applications and ERP software tailored to their financial structure.

• Process Optimization: Analyze client accounting workflows (GL, AP/AR, financial reporting) to identify inefficiencies and implement automated solutions.

• Client Engagement: Lead business requirement discussions, explain financial concepts to technical teams, and demonstrate software features.

• Implementation Support: Assist with data migration from legacy systems, deliver end-user training, and provide support post-implementation.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate.

• Certification: Active CPA license (preferred).

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in accounting, audit, financial consulting, or enterprise software implementations (highly preferred).

• Skills: Strong understanding of financial workflows, tech-savviness (advanced Excel, ERP familiarity), analytical thinking, and clear communication.
