Job summary

Pax Libera Mining Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented junior accountant in Pasig, Metro Manila. You will assist in daily accounting tasks, prepare vouchers, and support financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, has at least 1 year of relevant experience (fresh grads welcome), and is proficient in Microsoft Excel. You will thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and learn quickly in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cash, check, and journal vouchers
• Process payment requests
• Monitor daily cash position and perform bank reconciliations
• Review and reconcile liquidation reports
• Maintain and update the book of accounts
• Assist in BIR filings and compliance
• Prepare schedules of receivables and payables
• Support other accounting-related tasks as needed
