Job summary

CHOEI PLASTIC WORLD PHILIPPINES INC is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee the accounting team and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in a timely manner.

The role covers preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, GL monitoring, tax filings, cash flow, budgeting, internal controls, and collaboration with auditors and other departments to support business operations.

Qualifications

• Supervise and manage the daily activities of the accounting team.
• Monitor the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate with external auditors, internal auditors, and government agencies during audits and inspections.
• Prepare and review tax filings, including VAT, withholding taxes, income tax, and other government-mandated reports.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasts.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the accounting function.
• Assist management in financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
