Job summary

ENDURA LAND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to support construction and project finances. You will maintain ledgers and SOA, monitor cash movements, verify payments, and ensure proper documentation across departments.

The role requires meticulous record-keeping, coordination with internal teams, and timely reconciliation of receipts, advances, and disbursements to sustain accurate financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Review contractors' requests for payment and supporting documents.
• Validate billing against the reported percentage of project accomplishment.
• Monitor and maintain construction ledgers and Statements of Account (SOA).
• Coordinate with concerned departments regarding discrepancies in billing and accomplishment reports.
• Monitor and maintain the commission ledger.
• Track commission expenses against the approved commission budget.
• Ensure that commission transactions are properly recorded and monitored.
• Monitor petty cash funds and department-level liquidations.
• Review supporting documents for petty cash reimbursement.
• Process and monitor reimbursement requests.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain and update the inventory of property titles and related documents.
• Monitor the release, receipt, and movement of titles.
• Ensure proper filing, documentation, and safekeeping of titles and other important documents.
• Monitor and record capital investments and related cash transactions.
• Record cash and check collections from buyers.
• Maintain accurate and updated Cash Receipts Journal records.
• Reconcile recorded collections with supporting documents and bank records when required.
• Monitor and record cash advances issued to employees/departments.
• Track outstanding cash advances and their corresponding liquidations.
• Review supporting documents_submitted for liquidation.
• Follow up on unsettled or overdue cash advances.
• Monitor and review Requests for Payment (RFPs).
• Check completeness and accuracy of required attachments and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with concerned personnel regarding incomplete or inconsistent documentation.
• Ensure RFPs are properly documented prior to processing.
• Monitor and review disbursement entries.
• Check the accuracy and completeness of supporting documents.
• Verify that disbursements are properly recorded and categorized.
• Coordinate with relevant personnel to resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate and facilitate accounting and finance-related computerization initiatives.
• Assist in the implementation and improvement of computerized systems and processes.
• Coordinate with the appropriate personnel or IT team regarding system-related concerns.
• Help ensure that financial data and processes are properly integrated into the system.
• Assist in categorizing and organizing financial data.
• Review and reconcile financial information and supporting records.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate necessary adjustments.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and organized financial records for financial statement preparation.
