Job summary

Responsibilities

• General accounting, bookkeeping, and operating cost analysis.
• Follow-up and monitor billing for all clients.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Update and maintain the general ledger.
• Assist in preparation of financial reports.
• Maintain historical records by filing documents.
• Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
• Monitor and renew government licenses and permits (e.g., Mayor’s Permit, Barangay Clearance, BIR, SEC, Customs).
• Record and file accounting transactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
