The role focuses on compliance, strengthening internal controls, improving accounting processes, and providing reliable insights to support management decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy required.
• 2–5 years of supervisory experience in accounting/finance.
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, manpower/recruitment, or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge in financial reporting, audit, and tax compliance.
• Detail-oriented with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Can start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations of the accounting team.
• Review, verify, and approve financial transactions and supporting documentation.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).
• Monitor and analyze receivables, payables, expenses, and revenues.
• Oversee bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure accuracy of billing, costing and recording of transactions.
• Ensure compliance with BIR and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, banks, and auditors.
• Mentor, train and support accounting staff for continuous improvement.
