Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, Business Management, or a related course.
• At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in Billing and Collections is highly preferred.
• Knowledgeable in accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Angat, Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting and financial documentation.
• Support billing and collection activities.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain accounting records.
• Assist in data entry, reconciliation, and report preparation.
• Ensure financial documents are properly recorded and filed.
• Handle confidential financial information with professionalism.
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.
