Job summary

One Alpha Comm, Inc. in Las Piñas, Metro Manila, is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and supervise the accounting team.

The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and internal controls to support management decisions. In-person office based, with responsibilities including month-end close and coordinating with auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the accounting team in daily operations.
• Review AP, AR, billing, collections, and GL transactions.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial reports and schedules.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and account balances.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure proper recording and documentation of financial transactions.
• Coordinate with tax authorities and external auditors.
