Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA designation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and review the work of accounting staff to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, payables, receivables, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for clients.
• Coordinate with clients regarding financial reporting requirements and accounting concerns.
• Support external audits and regulatory examinations.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate accounting team members.
• Monitor project deadlines and ensure timely delivery of client engagements.
