Job summary

RSO Architecture in Quezon City seeks a competent Accountant to join our finance team. The role focuses on accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and tax planning to support management decisions.

The successful candidate will reconcile ledgers, prepare periodic statements, and assist with audits, regulatory filings, and process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and high integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or related field.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills required.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in regulatory filings knowledge.
• Experience with SAP/QuickBooks is a must.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate financial records while compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data
• Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and all other special reports requested by management
• Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditures to manage the company’s budget
• Assisting in the computation of any tax-related concerns and provision of optimal tax strategies
• Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts
• Assisting in all audit preparation, investigation, and resolution of audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance
