Job summary

The Pacific Meat Company Incorporated is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to lead our accounting team in Binan City, Laguna, focusing on BIR compliance and audit readiness.

You will ensure timely financial statements and regulatory filings, coordinate with auditors, and implement compliant policies while mentoring junior staff and supporting cross-functional decision-making. This role requires strong knowledge of tax regulations and effective communication across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in accounting/compliance.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to address compliance issues.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• CPA or relevant professional certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory filings.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate the audit process and address findings.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain BIR compliance.
• Train and mentor junior accounting team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights for decision-making.
