Job summary

Primover Consultancy Services, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an Accountant with 2–3 years of relevant experience to join our finance team. The role focuses on accurate financial reporting and compliance.

You will prepare financial statements, file BIR returns, and perform bank reconciliations, ensuring journal entries are correct. The position requires prompt availability and residency within Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or related field required.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in preparing financial statements (balance sheet and income statement).
• Experience recording transactions, filing BIR returns, and bank reconciliations.
• Preferably familiar with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Residence in Metro Manila preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements including balance sheet and income statement.
• File BIR returns such as VAT, withholding tax, and income tax.
• Perform cash in bank reconciliation and reconcile other accounts.
• Check accuracy of journal entries and posted transactions.
• Assist in BIR audits as needed.

• With 2-3 yrs relevant experience
• With experience in Financial Statements preparation. Balance Sheet & Income Statement
• With experience in recording of transactions in acctg books, filing of BIR returns and bank reconciliation
• Preferably with experience using Quickbooks or any other automated accounting system
• Preferably residing within Metro Manila
• Can start ASAP
