Formación

• Relevant qualification or certification in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field (such as ACCA, CPA, or similar)
• Proven experience working in a bookkeeping or small practice accounting environment
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and bookkeeping procedures
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with the ability to identify and correct errors
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail in handling multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively with team members and external stakeholders
• Reliability and integrity in handling sensitive financial information

Responsabilidades

• Recording and posting daily financial transactions in the accounting system with accuracy
• Preparing and reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts on a regular basis
• Processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports in accordance with company policies
• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review
• Maintaining and organising financial records and documentation in a systematic manner
• Performing account reconciliations and identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Supporting the preparation of tax documents and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Assisting with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursement procedures
• Liaising with clients, vendors, and internal departments regarding accounting and financial matters
• Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities

As Accounting Staff, you will be responsible for supporting our bookkeeping and accounting functions, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with accounting standards.
