Job summary

CEED Marketing Corporation in Cebu City is seeking an Accounting Staff - AR Bookkeeper to join our Accounting team on a full-time basis. You will handle accounts receivable and assist with day-to-day bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and basic financial reports.

We welcome fresh graduates and those with at least 1 year of experience, with strong MS Office and accounting software skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or BS Management Accounting is required.
• At least 1 year of experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, organization and ability to work with minimal supervision.

CEED Marketing Corporation is seeking a dedicated Accounting Staff - AR Bookkeeper to join our Accounting team on a full-time basis in Cebu City, Cebu. This role is essential to maintaining the financial health and operational efficiency of our organization.

Key responsibilities:

You are responsible for handling accounts receivable and assisting with daily accounting tasks like bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and basic financial reports.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or BS Management Accounting
• Can work with less supervision
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Computer Literate (MS Application Tools)
• At least 1 year experience in the same field but FRESH GRADUATES ARE ALSO WELCOME TO APPLY
• Detail-oriented, can multi-task and can work with less supervision
• Exceptional skills in MS Office, Excel and Accounting Softwares
• Willing to be trained and can work with under pressure
• Can start ASAP!

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (Compressed Work-week)

Office Location: Pier 4, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City (across Robinson's Galleria)
