Job summary

ACE Medical Center in Mandaluyong seeks an accounting/AR coordinator to manage HMO claims and receivables. The role involves batch posting claims, reconciling collections, issuing and posting Official Receipts, and ensuring accurate Bizbox entries.

You will monitor aging of accounts receivable related to HMOs, assist doctors with checks for professional fees, and handle miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Batch posting of all transmitted claims to HMO providers
• Verification of collections with the bank book / statement
• Issuance and posting of Official Receipts to the FMS Module of Bizbox
• Transmittal of ORs issued to HMOs
• Reapplying of Official Receipts – Bizbox
• Monitoring of Aging of Accounts Receivable specifically on HMO claims
• Assist doctors in receiving their checks relative to their Professional Fees paid by the HMOs
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned to him/her anytime or as needed.
