Responsibilities

  • Support cost-benefit analyses for services, equipment, or capital projects.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial summaries for management.
  • Coordinate with departments for financial planning.
  • Evaluate financial risks and propose cost-control strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and DOH guidelines.
  • Participate in audits and provide financial documentation.
  • Assist in revenue cycle analysis—billing, collections, reimbursements (PhilHealth, HMOs).
  • Use hospital software and Excel for data modeling and dashboards.

QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Requirements:
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.

Skills and Competencies:
