Job summary

RCX RECRUITMENT INC. is seeking an entry-level Treasury/Accounts role in Metro Manila to support daily banking activities and basic accounting tasks. Ideal for fresh graduates with a BS in Accounting or Financial Management who are detail-oriented, flexible, and willing to work overtime.

You will perform reconciliations, processing payments, and data entry using Excel and Word. No prior experience is required, but a proactive approach and reliability are essential to ensure timely vendor

Responsibilities

• Perform daily bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare checks, bank transfer and other payment transactions
• Record treasury transaction accurately in the accounting system
• Proficient in microsoft excel and word
• Checking and encoding of petty cash
• Perform other treasury and accounting duties as assigned by treasury supervisor/finance supervisor/manager
• Monitor due dates of payables and ensure timely payment to suppliers and service.
