• Financial Record Keeping: Recording daily transactions, managing invoices, and maintaining the general ledger.
• Reconciliation: Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements to ensure accuracy.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR): Processing vendor payments and monitoring customer payments.
• Reporting & Compliance: Assisting in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and tax returns.
• Month-End Close: Supporting the closing process by reconciling accounts and preparing journal entries.
