Job summary

Cpip is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional in the Philippines to maintain accurate financial records and support government compliance. The role focuses on AR processing, bank reconciliations, and fixed assets accounting.

The ideal candidate holds a BS Accountancy, is proactive, organized, and able to multitask while coordinating with other departments to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or related accounting course.
• Knowledgeable in government reporting and compliance.
• With experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is an advantage.
• With experience in bank reconciliation.
• With experience in fixed assets accounting.
• Proactive and willing to take initiative.
• Can multitask and manage several responsibilities.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accurate accounting and financial records.
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions and monitor outstanding balances.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain records and accounting schedules for fixed assets.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and accounting schedules.
• Prepare and maintain documents required for government reporting and compliance.
• Ensure accounting transactions are properly recorded and supported by complete documentation.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding accounting and financial concerns.
• Organize and maintain accounting files and records.
• Handle multiple accounting tasks while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.
