Job summary

Square Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking an accounting professional to prepare and maintain accurate financial records across GL, AP/AR, and inventory. You will participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes, perform reconciliations, and support audits.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance and has 1–2 years of pharma experience, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance or related field required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in pharma.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of financial reports and statements.
