ISTA Solutions seeks an Accounting Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on invoicing, GL coding, and accounts payable while maintaining accurate records. You will provide updates to internal teams and clients, resolve discrepancies, and support month-end close.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in bookkeeping or general accounting, strong Excel skills, and is comfortable working onsite in Mandaluyong during night shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years experience in Bookkeeping, General accounting, or similar.
• Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good verbal and written English skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong.
• Amenable to night shift.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and post invoices.
• Identify and apply correct General Ledger (GL) codes to all transactions.
• Manage accounts payable activities in compliance with company policies.
• Provide daily updates to internal counterparts and clients regarding task completion and invoice status.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
