Job summary

Fun Hann Mart is seeking an attentive accounting support staff to assist with day-to-day financial operations in Metro Manila. The role covers processing accounts payable and receivable, recording general ledger entries, and maintaining accurate financial records under supervision.

You will help prepare financial reports, reconcile bank statements, support payroll and expense reimbursements, and assist with month-end and year-end close.

Responsibilities

• Processing and recording financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Preparing and reconciling bank statements and cash deposits
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements under the supervision of senior accounting staff
• Maintaining accurate and organised financial records and documentation
• Supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Verifying invoices, receipts, and other supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Assisting with expense tracking and budget monitoring
• Performing data entry tasks and maintaining accounting databases
• Supporting the payroll process and employee expense reimbursements
• Liaising with vendors and internal departments to resolve accounting discrepancies
