Responsibilities

• Enter daily transactions, bills, and payments into the accounting system.
• Match bank statements and general ledger accounts to find and fix errors.
• Process vendor invoices, customer billings, and track collections.
• Help prepare journal entries and financial reports for closing periods.
• Organize receipts, tax documents, and financial files for internal or external reviews.
