Job summary

MPC MedicPro Corp. is seeking an Accounting Staff to support daily financial operations, process vouchers, invoices, payroll records, and ensure accurate documentation. The role collaborates with multiple departments to maintain smooth accounting workflows.

Candidates may be fresh graduates with a BS in Accountancy or related field; proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software is required, along with confidentiality, organization, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related business course.
• Fresh graduates welcome; no prior experience required.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
• Honest, hardworking, and able to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.
• Financial reporting and documentation skills.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, record, and organize financial documents such as vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payroll records.
• Encode and reconcile daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and other required summaries.
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable; follow up on outstanding balances and ensure timely settlement.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of government compliance requirements (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Maintain an updated and systematic filing of accounting documents.
• Assist during internal and external audits, including preparation of supporting documents.
• Support inventory monitoring and reconciliation.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as may be assigned.
