MPC MEDICPRO CORP. is seeking an Accounting Officer in the Philippines to oversee daily accounting activities, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with government requirements. You will manage payables/receivables, monitor cash flow, and support audits.

The role requires a degree in accounting and 1–3 years of relevant experience, with strong Excel skills and proficiency in QuickBooks or Xero. Independent work style and high accuracy are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in MS Excel and common accounting software.

Responsabilidades

• Review and validate daily accounting entries to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable; ensure timely collections.
• Oversee cash flow, expenses, and budget tracking.
• Ensure compliance with government requirements (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Prepare and file tax returns and statutory reports.
• Maintain the general ledger and accounting schedules.
• Assist in internal and external audits with supporting documents.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets.
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments on financial matters.
