The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, 2–3 years in a supervisory role, strong Excel skills, and experience with accounting software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, general ledger management, budgeting, tax compliance, and audit coordination and completion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., MYOB, SAP, or similar).
• Proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills required.
• At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations and staff.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements and reports.
• Monitor and improve internal controls and accounting processes.
• Coordinate external/internal audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger activities.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Improve efficiency of accounting processes.
• Develop and mentor accounting team members to enhance performance and productivity.
• Maintain the Accounts, Job List, New Store Customer and New Store Supplier Card Creation.
