Job summary

Tigerux Agile Innovation in Kasambagan, Cebu, Philippines, is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations and ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting. You will oversee month-end closes, develop tax strategies, and provide financial insights to support business goals.

The role requires CPA, 5–8 years of accounting experience including people management, and strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. On-site work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• At least 2 years of experience as an Accounting Manager and 4 years as a Senior Accounting Supervisor.
• Minimum of 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience, including people management.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage accounting operations, strategies, and processes, ensuring GAAP compliance.

• Ensure the accurate, complete, and timely preparation of accounting records, including month-end closing activities.

• Conduct regular account reviews and audits to ensure compliance with government regulations, and coordinate with external auditors when required.
• Partner with internal departments to ensure the consistent implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and controls.
• Manage coordination with external accounting firms and service providers for assigned finance and accounting initiatives.
• Handle other accounting and finance-related responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
