LIME Hotels and Resorts is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring financial accuracy and regulatory compliance. You will lead a team, manage payroll and GL, and coordinate with external auditors to provide schedules and documentation.

The role focuses on closing processes, internal controls, and delivering accurate financial statements and analyses to support budgeting and decision-making.

• Oversee general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and the general ledger.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Maintain and develop internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure adherence to GAAP or local regulatory standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff, handling training, workflow delegation, and performance feedback.
• Coordinate with external auditors and supply required financial documentation and schedules.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, variance analyses, and operational budget reports.
