Qualifications

• Assists management in effective planning, budgeting, and control

• Continuously reviews, recommends, and implements policies & procedures to ensure that resources are properly safeguarded and maximized

• Communicates relevant and reliable financial information to management and provides analysis and proposals

• Prepares, analyzes, and monitors the annual budget

• Provides management with reliable and relevant financial information periodically, including financial analysis, comparative reports against the previous year and the budget

• Ensures compliance with all government and Legal requirements required in operating a business

Minimum Qualifications :

• BS Accountancy graduate, CPA

• At least 5 years of work experience as an Accounting Manager

• Experience in the retail working environment is a plus

• Has in-depth knowledge and experience in planning, budgeting, creating systems, and controls, particularly in a retail setting

• Preferably with a background in external or internal audit

• Must be well-versed in all accounting facets and have good analytical skills

• Sound leadership qualities

• Highly flexible, organized, and can withstand pressure

• Willing to be assigned in Chino Roces, Makati City
