Qualifications

• CPA or CIA certification required.
• CISA certification required.
• 10+ years in finance and accounting processes.
• 5+ years audit experience in a financial institution.
• Experience in a management role and leading large-scale initiatives.
• Proven ability to deliver results in a complex, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify internal control and risk management effectiveness through an audit plan.
• Access information necessary to perform duties.
• Draft periodic reports on activity and risk management.
• Prepare timely reports on significant events.
• Submit reports to governance bodies and CEO.
• Verify reliability of information systems, including accounting.
