Job Description

• Thoroughly checks and reviews the Request for Payment received.
• Oversees accounts payable transactions and ensures timely resolution of concerns.
• Accurately and timely checks the vouchers of Purchase records.
• Thoroughly checks the un-liquidated cash advances and cash advances liquidations.
• Timely reconciles all advances account every month.
• Timely prepares the Monthly advances schedules.
• Accurately interprets the established Policy and Procedures.
• Helps develops new policy for the improvement of the Department.
• Regularly checks filing of accounting documents.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate superior of Chairman.
• Graduate of BS/BA in business administration, Financial Management or relevant field.
• 5 years managerial experience in related field.
• Experiences in a power industry is an advantage.
• Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools, as well as spreadsheets and financial management software.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial data analysis and reporting.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a finance team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
