Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. As Accounting Manager, you will overseeing the financial operations of our restaurant chain.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
• Streamline accounting processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and professional development opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business initiatives
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to the management team

Requirements

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 10+ years of work related experience in a management-level accounting role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry is an advantage
• Proven track record of successfully leading an accounting team and driving process improvements
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Thorough understanding of accounting principles, standards, and best practices
• Proficient in financial statement, financial report software and data analysis tools
• Can work under pressure
• Certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is advantage but not required
