Excelsior Farms Inc. in Cebu City seeks an experienced accounting professional to establish, implement and oversee our accounting strategy and operations in line with GAAP and financial reporting standards.

This role ensures tax planning throughout the fiscal year, reviews monthly financial statements, coordinates with external auditors, and collaborates with all departments to integrate accounting policies while coordinating with outsourced firms.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes, implements and oversees overall accounting strategy and operations with generally accepted accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Ensures and implements tax planning throughout the fiscal year
• Continuously reviews, assess current accounting practices, procedures and make recommendations to improve the full accounting cycle
• Ensures accuracy and timeliness of all accounting records and during month end closing
• Presents recommendations to management on short term and long-term financial objectives and policies
• Review of monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows)
• Responsible for auditing of accounts to ensure compliance with government regulations and coordinates with external auditors
• Collaborates with all departments for the integration of Accounting policies and procedures
• Coordination with outsourced firms for specific projects.
